It’s true that what you remember most is not IF you had a problem, but how it was handled. I bought a headboard , footboard and frame from the FFO on Preston Hwy. just days before the pandemic hit. When I went to assemble it, they had given me a twin frame and queen headboard and footboard. The middle of June their website said they’d be opening with limited hours. For two weeks I left messages, never getting a return call and went to the store on four occasions when their phone message said they’d be open and they were not. My mattress had been on the floor for over three months. I went to the New Albany location and they went above and beyond to help me! I explained the situation and they immediately went to their warehouse and located the correct frame. They took it to my car, unloaded the wrong one and loaded the correct one they found in their warehouse. I was so unhappy with FFO, but in the end, the manager and employee of the New Albany location, politely and totally responded to and resolved my problem. I will definitely drive to their location from Kentucky in the future when purchasing furniture. They were awesome. Thank you New Albany FFO!
Tracy is supper nice and helpful went out of her way to help us even getting a recliner from another store. I will be back for my next furniture purchase
