I am not one to take time to write reviews but sadly in this case I’m forced too because I don’t want anyone else to support this company like i did. We purchased a Restonic latex king mattress from mattress and more who by the way I love mattress and more about 6 months ago. I loved this mattress at first, but at about the 6 month mark as many other people say...this mattress drastically started losing support and started to kill our backs. I was told to deal with manufacturer because mattress and more had cut ties with them shortly after my purchase. I wonder why...lol. So I do the warranty claim and send in pictures and they deny it because the matress does not have any indents which I’m aware. But if you lay in it you feel like you are laying in a banana. So I asked if anything else can be done at all...I’ll even bring the mattress to the company to let them inspect it’s internals because even their top personnel admitted sometimes the latex can break down over time but they refused to look at it. So much for customer service from a local company. So much for getting any help from a warranty on a 20 year warranty guaranteed mattress. I spent $2,000 on a 20 year mattress only to have it fail me in 6 months. Anyone else thing that’s a little unfair or wrong. What is sad is as the consumer I can’t do anything about it. I am at their mercy and clearly they don’t care about the customer. It’s all about money. Highly disappointing restonic. :-( Shame on you.

Matress is great for the first few months then starts to deteriorate. Customer service is not helpful at all and you wont get a refund no matter what. Save your money and get a Tempurpedic.

I was so excited for this mattress when we bought our house. I laid on it for an hour while my husband was furniture shopping and was told it would be great for my husband's back problems. Within 3 months I thought I noticed I was sinking to the same spot each night. Made several warranty claims wirh the furniture store where we purchased it from, they always said there was nothing wrong. While I was pregnant I had to sleep on the couch it hurt my back so bad and it most certainly isn't helping his back only making it worse!!!! 4 years later we still have it (unfortunately) and we are currently looking for a new mattress because we can't take it anymore!!!

Horrible place to work and the quality of the products is shoddy at best. I witnessed beds being assembled with dirty pieces of foam that the workers had walked on and many of the beds had tears in the coil springs and dirt all over them. Poor quality control and no accountability by the company whatsoever. Avoid buying their beds and avoid working for them!
