Labria is the worst manager I've ever dealt with. She deals with the customers as if she's a hustler. I pay bill before or on time and she still needs more money to bring you current. Every since she's been at this location, nothing but trouble from her. She calls to ruin your day with lies about your balance, policies delivery dates etc. Brian was much better at this job. Dont trust her at all.
LOVE the staff at this location. Brian (manager) is so nice and so easy to work with. The couch we wanted wasnt in stock in their store, but he didnt hesitate to call multiple stores until he found what i wanted, and then the delivery man drove 3 hours to get it for me. Our deliveries are always on time and Victor is so down to earth and friendly as can be. Will return for more products in the future!

They have no sense in the world. Even if you try to get something on from seprate from another person they still deny you. But wont give you a reason why. They are stupid wouldnt take the time to deal with them.
I have always had a positive experience. The management and staff are the greatest people I know. I have been renting items from this store for over 25 years. Keep up the great work. If you want true customer service and a positive experience buying, go to the New Albany location.
