Sign says they close at 7p.nI’m here now at 632 and the doors are locked. I got here at 629. Watched the employee watch me park. He went to the back of the store and ignored me.nThe doors are locked with no signs mentioning closing early.nI’ve called twice now with no answer!

The service at the store was exemplary. I would compare it to a contract phone store. They are straight to the point and have quality service and phones. NOW the reason I have only put 4 instead of 5 stars is due to an issue I had yesterday. (Which did get resolved but it took 24 hours) I went to check the price on bonus internet and as soon as I clicked it it locked my account down until I paid for it. Which they cancelled but still can't be ignored. My advice get your phone and service here but leave the online extras for the in store clerks to add.

The people here do nothing but lie. The 1st time going to one, was told I could get a warranty on the phone as long as within so many days. Next time was told that's wrong and the person doesn't work there anymore. (They just moved them to a different store). Went to a different one and they told us lies and cheated us and then the next time the person from the 1st store the 2nd time was at that store. They did this many times just moving the workers around and telling different things. Get crappy service, crappy phones and lots of lies.

They have the best prices on phones and monthly plan. Been with them for years now. No problems.
