For some reason they have serious issues communicating with my disability company leaving me without income for nearly 2 months. I have tried calling multiple times a day for many weeks now and still I can't get any information as to why they can't or won't communicate with my ins. Co. It is now 13 days until Christmas and still will not answer my questions
