Went there for a back and shoulder injury through work and tried to explain I was in tremendous pain but the nurse practitioner would not acknowledge my statement. Then as I was walking toward discharge my shoulder started to shoot with pain” probably from where the nurse practitioner was bending and moving it all over the place” but I told one of the staff walking past and she said she would tell my np. I could clearly hear her talking about me from the discharge area. Honestly that is very unprofessional and I would like to speak with someone further about it.

I haven't ever had an issue with this office. Staff are super professional and friendly. The medical staff are amazing as well. Definitely a great place for care!

The doctor and staff were friendly and helpful. The office staff could improve on communicating with patients. Don't call me up to the desk and then make me stand there for 5 minutes, while having a bum leg, to talk to me.

Waited over one hour for a drug test. When I told the nurse I’ve been holding my bladder for a hour. She’s more focused on her walk in policy and said it could take long then in hour. As a healthcare office they shouldn’t make someone hold there bladder for over in hour. I also ask why they didn’t go by appointments. She explained they are a walk in only! But if someone has in emergency they are before me! You could hold your bladder for more then several hours.

Slowest place ever I went there after I had sprained my ankle at work and it took me to ask them if I could get a wheel chair even almost falling to the ground while barely being able to walk not to mention I was there for 4 hours waiting in pain while they let other people go there before me that didn't even have appointments I cannot wait to be over and done with this place and I will never return ! Very unprofessional when it comes to there staff at the waiting desk. However the nurse practitioner was rather nice I will give them that.
