Mortenson Family Dental

My experience is always good. I’ve had a lot of work done and I’ve never felt any pain. They are proficient, professional, and friendly. They always make sure you are comfortable. I would recommend Mortenson Family Dental to anyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Always nice and caring. Dental hygenist was gentle. And they made recommendations on needing 2 crowns. I am thankful they will be getting me back in soon enough for me to use dental insurance before end of year. And worked out when I would have second crown next year so can put on my dental insurance too. I moved to Louisville 3 years ago. But I still go to dentist office in New Albany In because I know they are good and I know them.

I called to be seen ASAP at 3:15 on Wednesday afternoon, after having a filling break. They fit me in at 4:00 the same day; fixed me up with a temporary; and scheduled me for an appt on Friday to replace the filling. I called two other facilities prior to calling Mortenson, and neither would see me so quickly - not even for a temporary filling. Mortenson in New Albany has a very friendly staff, and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

I scheduled an appointment at this location and unfortunately, my transportation cancelled. I called the office to let them know I’d have to reschedule. The receptionist informed me if I cancel, I not could be rescheduled, (but I could call each day to see if the had openings/cancellations and see if possibly be worked in?) I explained I have to arrange transportation and need to schedule 2-3 days out.nI asked the receptionist to keep my appointment time, and I would try to find alternate transportation, I ended up paying for transportation and arrived at 1:05pm (my appointment was 1:00pm) and was informed I would have to RESCHEDULE!!nNeedless to say, I then had to pay for transportation home!!

A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The front office staff was helpful and kind, and everyone made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Going to the dentist isn’t fun but the crew at Mortenson made it as pleasant as possible.
