New Albany Implants

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dentist or a dentist office. Every experience starts with the appointment and trickles down from there. Each step of my experience began and ended with a smile. The staff at the New Albany Dental Implant Center made me feel like I was part of their family. They showed professionalism when assisting me with my insurance and made sure I was at ease every step of the way. Dr. Frederick, is such a kind person. I told him of my not so good experiences at the dentist, and he went out of his way and made sure all of that got erased. I now have the smile I've been hiding. I would recommend them to anyone. From start to finish Dr. Ron and Dr. Brad delivered exactly what they promised. In August 2019 my husband had a full upper implant February 2020 I had a complete lower implant. We have both completed the process and couldn’t be happier. When the first day was completed and we both came home with temporary teeth no one could tell and the pain was minimal. The very next day we went to work and on with our lives as usual. Over the next few months we had appointments to make sure all was well and getnproper fittings...all at the same location... how amazing is that. And the Staff ❤ufe0f 5 stars is not enough for this incredible staff!!! We did not dread appointments because we were going to see friends.. the level of professionalism and friendliness is like no other and the reason is apparent.. they are all genuine people who care.
