The owner of this store is very rude and unprofessional. While sitting in the parking lot of bean street coffee today, I watched the owner go thru the drive thru of the coffee shop to receive a coffee, proceed to the parking spot in front of the coffee shop, and chuck numerous empty plastic coffee cups and lids at the patio furniture of bean street, proceeding to back out and leave litter and garbage in front of the coffee shop entrance, but not the entrance of his nail salon. I would highly not recommend this store as I have seen the owner disrespect the employees of the coffee shop numerous times in the past.

I went here to Simply get what the name of their store is, french tips. It took them well over 45 minutes with only one other person in the lobby to get to me, and another 45 minutes just to get my nails done. Most of them were crooked and when I tried to tell the lady that they were crooked she just told me that those are my fingers and to go up to the counter and pay. It was over $35 when the price listed on the board was like 24 dollars. The staff is extremely unfriendly and the only person in the entire store who speaks a little bit of English is the person who answers the phones. I will never go here again
