Room was clean and had everything we needed. I had asked for a room close to the elevator and that is exactly what I got. We love breakfast at the Aroma Cafe in the hotel lobby. The people there are so friendly. The slots were pretty tight and I about froze in the casino, yet the staff is really helpful and friendly. Because it was early in the week only one place to eat in the casino--the Grill, but everything we had there was great. I had a strawberry shortcake that was awesome. For the first time visited their sparkling gift shop just off the casino floor. Very impressive and once again friendly and helpful staff.
Nice place, not the way I remembered it. Much cleaner and no smoke smell. The slots are really tight here now. My experience with most of the casinos in Indiana are the same. We stayed in the hotel and our room was very nice. Saturday night with no reservation and the room was $115.00. That's reasonable in my opinion. Draft beer was 3 dollars for 16 ounces. Did hear the bar tender telling the security guards how many alcoholic beverages everyone had drank and he had assigned numbers to each customer without them knowing. For instance, I was number five who wasn't wearing his mask correctly. Another guy across the bar was six and he was having the security go over and speak to him too. If you like that kind of treatment, this is the place for you. I had 3 beers and heard that after being rudely approached so I didn't go back to the bar. Other than that, had a great time.
Not worth the ride very tight on winnings
Rooms and food was okay. Could be cleanner. Hospitality was cold.
My stay was awesome. The hotel, staff, food and casino was excellent. Will definitely be back. Just want to say to all the non smokers. GET OVER IT! We smokers have had to accommodate ourselves everywhere from restaurants to Casino’s. All my visits now are to the Indiana casinos because you can still smoke when you gamble. Any other state I go to gamble I have to either go outside or go to a designated area in a ventilated room. Boo boo to all non smoking whiners. Go elsewhere if you don’t like it.
