Kyle, the service rep, is terrific. Very knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. Since I am a woman, going to a car dealership is hard because I feel talked down to. Kyle never makes me feel stupid or that I don't understand my vehicle. He's even offered to service a non-Ford vehicle for me. Nice, clean, and comfortable place to wait for my vehicle as well.

Rude Customer service. You would think that by having purchased 4 vehicles in the past year you would be treated with respect. The bald head ignorant service guy needs some customer service training. I'll never go back there .I'll be taking my vehicles to Grants Pass Lithia were I'm treated with class.nnSave yourself the headache and buy else where.

SCOTT MY SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL..HOWEVER, I WAS THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND MAINT. ON MY F 150 LARIATE...I ALSO WANTED TO SEE IF I COULD AFFORD A LINCOLN NAVIGATOR...PAYMENTS WAY TOO HIGH....BUT I'M NOT DONE YET...ILL BE BACK!! ud83dude03
