My husband and I routinely go to Starbucks for coffee and I always make sure to load my card when I travel because just about every moderately sized town has a Starbucks that is easy to find and the quality and choice of products is fairly consistent. London Fog is my drink of choice and not only is Starbucks very accommodating to customizing the drink to my preferences, it's also nice to be able to order one without having to explain to the Barista how to make one.nnI was in Roseburg Oregon over the last few days on a business trip and went by the Starbucks on Garden Valley Rd. twice to get my morning London Fog using their drive through service. The same young man took my order both mornings, I could tell by his friendly demeanor and the way he greeted me and responded when I returned the greeting - he was great! Though my drink was not consistent from one day to the next - it was slightly sweeter one day and I prefer it less sweet, both times the drink was well made so I'm not complaining. When I request 'half' the amount of sweetener in a drink that usually gets 3 pumps, it can be hard to be exact.nnIn all, I would go to this Starbucks location again.
The staff is very kind and Covid savvy.
Great selection of coffee and tea hot and cold.
If you close at 8:30, not 9 on saturday like it says online, please update your hours. Came through at 8:35 and people were still in there but drive thru window and recording said closed.
Service was great except for the mobile ordering process. My order never made it to the store but I was still able to get my drink
