The best customer service at a coffee stand. First time I went here was on Tuesday, October 21, 2020. The young woman with the blue eyes deserves a raise. She was very enthusiastic and gave the best customer service. The drink was really good too! Would highly recommend!!
It was very very slow. I don't know many people who have 20+ minutes to wait in line for 2 cars. Also, ordered an iced Mocha half sweet, received a drink so sweet I can not drink. Also as she asked questions and we would respond she was not paying attention at all. It was surprisingly bad experience and I've never even left a review on Google prior to this experience lol
We visit Oregon once or twice each year and always stop at java run a few times. Coffee is good and the employees have been friendly. The only negative aspect would be that my favorite drink is an iced americano and so far only one of the employees has ever been able to make correctly. However, the last couple visits I opted to just order something else and they did an excellent job.
We're traveling through Roseburg. We usually go to Starbucks it's a safe place to get coffee it's always the same. We decided to try Java run and oh my goodness. The people are nice the coffee is good. Do not go to Starbucks go to Java run. The best coffee ever
Never been disappointed with Java run. I have my favorite drinks, but even the ones that aren’t my favorite are still good! All the staff is very friendly at every location I’ve been to, and they’re always prompt and smiling.nI agree with the other commenters, don’t go to Starbucks, support this small, local business because they’ve earned it!
