The guy doing outside orders today was so SLOW! He kept talking and talking to each car. I understand building a relationship with customers but you also have to keep the line moving. I eventually pulled out of the line and went to human beam down the street...

Stopped here during a long drive from San Francisco to Seattle on a hot day. I sure needed that ice blended dark chocolate mocha! Not only was the mocha the perfectly needed shot in the arm, the experience getting it was a true 5-star experience. Those 3 youngsters managed the drive-ups and the walk-ups (me) very well. I got an obvious energetic smile under that mask and laughter in addition to for driving needed BlinkingRed-to-100% recharging of personal energy AND TASTY COFFEE.

I love Dutch brothers, however the staff at this one is pretty much full of themselves. Service is OK, depending on your social status. Lol

I may be a kid and i dont live at roseburg but, i was visiting my grandma and we went to a pool at the motel and ________ got me a hot chocolate from there and it was really good!, i even kept the cup and that place gives me good memories !

I gave 3 stars because the guy working at 830 pm on 9/6 seemed nice and made our drinks fast. Was a little bit of a wait due to what im guessing was a staff member crawling out of the drive thru window and into someones car...to crawl back into the dutch bros window and leave. The person infront of us seemed to have been waiting for awhile and left. So they lost a customer due to that. Also the girl that was ordering that had who I am guessing was a staff member in her car only ordered 1 drink. It shouldn't have taken that long. Super unprofessional. Our drinks after this ordeal were made 3x faster than the time it took to make the 1 drink and the staff member to be climbing in and out of windows lol.
