I had a very heartfelt experience related to an older woman working the cash register. We ran into some technical difficulties but she was nice enough to help me resolve it. I just hope she didn't get in trouble for what might have been my mistake. I appreciate the fact that McDonald's has employed her because she was a very sweet lady.
