I've had packages disappear and not even leave connersville. Their prices go up up up and the people hired get worse worse worse. They have been asked not to walk thru the yard and still do. Also had a few lights they're walked over, get broken. Mail comes wet, and turn up. When I was growing up, they had much more respect for their customers and and when raising my children too, no problems. They just do not care anymore!n.
Always friendly, quick, and easy when I need to send a parcel or package. They have done well to take precautionary steps to protect workers as well as patrons during the pandemic as well.

You can’t even call and talk to a real person anymore
I've got a review that is going to floor you. I sent a INSURED Christmas card to my cousin in Texas on December 14, 2018. I insured the letter, the postal service said it would be there December 17, 2018. As of right now, 3:52 p.m. December 19, 2018 no one with the postal service knows where this letter is. The only thing they have is me dropping it off on December 14. And niw my Christmas present is FREAKING lost, and I've got to go through pure HELL to collect on the insurance. And these SOMBITCH'S want to increase there rates next year. I served in our military with honors but if this department of our country can't even get a package to a location then, to HELL with there increase.
