He is my Agent, my boss and my father. As my father, he has provided multiple lines of coverage for me from a very early age. As my Agent, he has advised me, when taking over my policies, the benefits of what insurance can do to secure your future. As my boss, he has transferred 34 years of knowledge in the business so that I may be able to help others get the security they need. All around awesome guy, lucky to have him as my Agent Dad Boss!

Nothing is better than dealing with your local agent! My family has had Jim as their agent for years & years. I grew up & chose him as well. Once married we switched briefly & had to file a claim. Wasn't a great experience. Took forever & felt like we had to jump through so many hoops. Switched back to Jim & it's been great. Unfortunately we had to file a claim today BUT it has been super easy & very convenient. I will never switch again! Thank you Jim Bertch!!!
