I went into this location to get a hair cut. I checked in online and there was a 0 minute wait. Went inside and there were 2 stylists in there. One was getting her hair done by the other stylist. I stood by the register waiting for 10 minutes before they came up and greeted me. Then after my hair cut I paid cash and bought products on my card. After I left the store they charged the hair cut on my card too getting a double payment for the hair cut. I called the store SIX times but they never answered. I will not be going back.

Checked in online as usual there was no wait a stylist was cutting another customers hair did not even greet me waited 5 minutes she got me confirmed still no wait a few more stylists where walking around not doing anything waited another 20 minutes still nothing stylist still walking around not doing anything after another 15 minutes i finally left I will take my business to the Oxford location at least they greet me

Cleaningness was noticed but on line service I used was a failure. Was not welcome inside the door not was the service professional. Felt very unfortunate to my turn in line using on line service 4 people were jumped in front of me as my on line time was established before the 4 customers. Called customer service and literally had an excuse that was used from proir experience issues to compare to my issue. Wow !! Again felt unappreciated. Local guides look out for this common issue. Was told by another person's XP was relatively close to mine.
