There is a personal touch to this place. It makes me feel like they actually care. Im not just another patient. I love the fact that when I call I actually talk to a person that is at the office. Not a call center who has no idea who I am, or I have to wait on hold for over a half an hour. The phone barely rings and Courtney answers. Connie is very quick and efficient, and Annette actually listens to what I'm saying and cares.. I'm so happy me and my husband are going to this office for our medical needs.

Nurse practitioner Klem knows her job very well, as does her assistant, Connie Bender. They are very caring towards to patients and show a great interest in their care; before, during and after the visit. Please keep family meds open and make sure that nurse practitioner Klem, and Connie and the receptionist are recognized for their good service.

The staff was all really friendly and helpful and you feel like they do care about you. It's a really clean building. The wait time is also pretty short. Great care service!

It's really nice to have a place where I can have my family's overall general medical needs met in one place. The staff is wonderful, responsive and they genuinely care about our health. Highly recommend!

I normally don't write reviews, but the staff here was so good, I had to! I have had a hard time finding a provider that accepts my insurance. FamilyMed made it easy. The staff and doctors were friendly and answered all of my questions. They really listened to my concerns and took the time with me that I deserved as a patient. FamilyMed is my new go-to clinic!
