First time patient: Dr. Ehrhard & staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Ehrhard took the necessary time to detect and put steps into action for getting me well soon. I sure appreciate this in our days of rush and move on!

The nurse practitioner in the office is very rude. My daughter was a patient there since she was two years old with no issues. After going two times and asking questions to the new nurse practitioner Amy Reising, we were informed they were dropping her as a patient. She called me 12 minutes after we left the office. After my daughter being a patient is Dr Earhart for 2 years, he didn't even have enough respect or concern to call himself and try to resolve any issues. I would not recommend this office if you value being treated fairly when you question a nurse practitioner.

Dr. Ehrhard surgically placed tubes in my sons ears and did an excellent job. Spoke with us at length beforehand to make sure my wife and I were comfortable before he began, made payment arrangements for us afterward, highly recommend

Im not happy with how they handled their patients and conflicts with appointments. Always say they will call back and never call!
