I reserved 2 rooms for our daughters wedding. There was a mix up with the room size due to this being a recently built hotel. The rooms available were fine but not what we had reserved. The next day I called and spoke with Tara , the manager on duty, who was very gracious and apologetic and offered to take care of us on a future stay. We took her up on the offer and once again CHOICE HOTELS. gets 5 stars for taking care of the guests! Thanks again Tara.
New place nice stay Working in town stay here every week for 4 days
Was a wonderful stay, I highly recommend, very nice and pleasurable, I appreciate the manager she is awsome
Everything about my family's experience at this hotel was AMAZING. Arrival to the hotel was quick and easy at check in, something that was much appreciated after a long day of play with the kids. The manager who's name I believe was Tara was well organized even down to having answers to common questions people ask written down on a piece of paper. The room was way above what I expected especially for the price. Clean, roomy, and so comfortable. The game room down stairs was a plus to give the kids something to do. This hotel and staff really prides its self on customer service and it shows in everything they do. I will be staying here every time I am in the area. I will recommend to family, friends, and anybody who will listen lol. Thank you so much for the awesome experience.
Staff here is amazingly polite and the rooms are great and clean. I've been here quite a few times now.
