First stylist 0 stars RUDE she acted like there was a problem when she called my name and i answered then was not freindly, just all around bad/lacking experience/horrible customer service. Maybe, it qas a bad day for her. She actually tranferred me to another, better qualified stylist. Im sooo glad she didnnTressa 5 stars EXCELLENT!!!!nnI orginally left a 3 star review, but im so happy with the cut i ended up with i came back to leave 5 stars. Tressa deserved it.
Not sure if this is where all the drop outs go to work, but they've butchered my hair EVERYTIME I go. I guess collarbone length is now up to the jaw. Not happy. Wasn't allowed to watch. I was faced the opposite direction of the mirror
Good people and hair cut
I use to go here all the time. I could always get a good cut. BUT, the last time I went I received the worst haircut ever!! My stylist was very young and apparently inexperienced. I told her I liked my hairstyle and just wanted a light trim. It took her forever. The stylist beside me gave 2 1/2 cuts by the time my stylist finished. I wanted to cry when I put my glasses back on. My hair was so short and choppy. My husband laughed when I got home. He thought he could have done a better job and I think he was right. I thought it would get better as it grew out, but I finally had to go to a different place to get it shaped up.
Love getting my hair washed and cut by brandee.
