Nice place, wish they would keep it to retirement age home owners only.
This is a great place, with great people. I'm so glad that there are places in this area that are safe like RiverView Crossing. The crowd may be a little older, but what a great way for us and our children to learn, from men and women who have some much experience and stories!nnAnd Bob, you'll find people in a bad mood where ever you go. It's life my friend.

Roomy, well kept up, well established rules.
I lived there once before and I sold a house and I wanted to come back and buy another house they told me it was 55 and older and I think that's discrimination on 52 years old I don't see why I could not live in that community specially when there's children walking around the community
