Lived here for years. Still love it. Finally got some good management.
The managers make rules by the day and fine there tenants for there own financial gain awful place to call home
Nice, clean park. Friendly managers that care about appearance and safety
I always see children playing with friends as they and everyone are respectable to other. Car mind the speed limit. Even though they could use a nice play ground for the kids the kids still seem to enjoy the parks layout as they find ways to entertain themselves and haven't ever seen a kid walking away or thinking they don't belong with the only entertainment in town which is themselves as they invent games to incorporate everyone.nLastly, I have never see a face in the park to look down on there day or show anger at another. I visit family and wave and say hi to neighbors as they sometime will beet me to the wave and smile before I’m even fully out the can.
All and all a pretty well maintained trailer park.
