The quality of service this pharmacy provides is terrible. Time after time they fail to provide all prescriptions in a single visit. Like a lot of families one member will pick up for others in a household. Sadly this is no longer a good option because this pharmacy will fail in fulfilling refills. If three medications are ready to be picked up, they will only give you two. I hope Kroger can solve this issue, because it is not a one time occurrence but a poor, repetitive problem.

I'm new to the area and I've had my prescriptions transferred from my old Krogers. I loved my old Kroger's pharmacy, everyone was nice, helpful and kind. The Harrison Kroger's pharmacy is NOT helpful and they are curt. I've had to go back three time to get one prescription because they can't seem to transfer my profile correctly, they've made me wait repeatedly, and I just found out they still need to order my medication, and I have to come back a fourth time. I don't have time for this nonsense.

Pharmacy cost incorrect unless you have rebilled. 2 cars in front of me in drive thru and took 39 minutes to get to window only hear medicine not available. They should have called!

Asked them for Alavert-D, and they always get me Alegra-D. Apparently they don't know the difference in their drugs. Also, I went back to them and they were closed. Hmmm supposed to be open till 5pm and they are closed at 3pm. Gate pulled and everything. NOT a happy camper.
