CVS Pharmacy

Well I only switched to this cvs after being with another nearby extremely huge pharmacy chain for 14ish years.nnI’m quite the creature of habit...nbut I HAD to switch to CVS because My long time pharmacy did not have my absolutely necessary medication available in stock. Since it was a three day holiday weekend… They would not of had an essential medication available for me for three days?!nnI dropped my prescription off on a late Friday evening and they said they would not have even a few of my prescription available for me until Tuesday! ud83dude33nnIt was a holiday weekend and I guess the pharmacy delivery stock place was not opennover the holiday weekend.nnI can’t imagine A pharmacy stock businessnis closed for a three day weekend but McDonald’s remains open!?nnIs a restaurant more essentialnthen peoples medication?nnWhen I said to the techn“I will have serious health problems if I stop taking this medication out of the blue. What do I do? “ she just looked at me likenI was overreacting. ud83dude1e It even says on the medication box… Do not stop taking this medicine without 1st speaking tonyour physician.nnAnyway the old Pharmacy did not even offer to call their other locations for me. ud83dude1ennI went to CVS and before they even came to the counter to tell me they did not have my necessary medication… THEY hadALREADY called their other stores and told me which of their stores had the medication availablennWhich I thought was great that Cvsnthought A head of time and had a solutionnfor me BEFORE creating a panic with me.nnI was already scared because I didn’t know what would happen to me if I stopped the med out of the blue.nnI’ve been going to CVS ever sincenfor all my meds.nnThey have one particular pharmacy technthat is my all time favorite. Her name is Taylor.She is an absolute doll baby.nnI don’t care how busy they are-how late or early it is-she ALWAYS remembers me andnis so genuinely courteous...I just adore her!nnThey ALWAYS have my prescriptions readynfor pickup. They also NEVER treat you likenyou are bothering them. And I love their special prices on their candy! lolnnI mean seriously ...can life get any better when you do not have to worry about not having enough mandatory necessary medication AND getting freshncandy on sale?! ud83dude09 lol@myself again...nnThey used to have the cutest pharmacist. She was a petite,long dark hair young woman. She is definitely perfect. So much so...I tried to fix her up with my only biological son lol.nnYou can trust me on this...I’m an old school Italian mommy... I don’t fix him up with just anyone ud83dude09 but that young woman is so super sweet and an amazing hard worker. I’d love to have her as my daughter in law and mommy to my grandchildren lolnnMy only complaint?nI think I’m not the only person switching pharmacies because when I first started going to CVS a year ago … There was neverna line of customers. But lately the place is packed.nnTheir corporate needs to hire more cashiers and pharmacists because I guess the other popular Pharmacy is losing a lot of business to CVS and they need to have more employees.nnBut… I am certainly not complaining at all.nnThe extra 2-3 minutes you have to waitnis WELL worth the few minutes when you arengreeted kindly and with a smile. And your necessary medications are always in stocknud83eudd70nnBTW...it’s not like the cvs employees are standing around chatting...they are working as quickly as possible. I used to drive right past cvs and you would seldom see a line of cars at their drive through...corporate probably just hasn’t noticed the huge increase in customers yet.nnCorporate better get a bunch of new employees because I’ve been telling everyone around my neighborhood how awesome CVS pharmacy is… So I expect they are only going to get busier and busier because of their perfect servicenlol @ myself againnnKeep up the good work CBS!nI’m SO VERY glad I switched!!!
