A huge THANK YOU to the employees at the Redmond, Oregon UPS store. In an age where customer service seems to be almost nonexistent, these folks go above and beyond to assist their customers. They efficiently helped me re-route a package, kept in communication with me and followed up until the task was completed. Every contact I have had with the store has been positive and very pleasant. Thanks so much Andde!!nnI returned an Amazon package on Aug 26, 2020 and just found out from Amazon that my return was never received. I have left a voicemail message today- 9/30/20, so I will be happy to upgrade my review as soon as this issue is satisfactorily resolved. Excellent service knowledgeable easy going staff rational costs.
I’ve had great experiences here. The staff are efficient and friendly. They notarize at a reasonable rate. Also they have a little kids area with a table and a coloring book which is a really great plus if you’re toting around kids.
