The lot rent is cheap here, but there are many rundown trailers and there is drug activity here. Property management does not enforce the rules even over serious violations. Still much better than the one on Miami Rd in Cleves.

Seems like a well put together mobile home park
Horrible lady at the desk very picky who she wants to live there. Not very welcoming . you have to look like a million bucks to her to move in
