Actually it's not a bad place. Could have been a little bit cleaner but overall nice. They work with my budget also on the room which was a great advantage. I just wish that this code would thing would go away so we can get free breakfast.
Very disappointing. Almost everything on their advertisement for the stay was click bait. Way over priced. I paid over 100$ and it was barely worth, maybe 50 per night. That being said, they were very courteous and kind.
Don’t stay here if you don’t want covid! Upon arrival, front desk staff was not wearing their masks correctly. People were walking through the lobby without masks. An elderly man jumped into the elevator with my husband and I and breathed heavily on my hair. I spoke with the manager about our concerns and as we were speaking, a couple walked through the lobby without masks and she didn’t say anything to them! Absolutely ridiculous! Later the same evening when we got back to the hotel there was a group of about 10 people gathered without masks having pizza in the cafeteria next to the lobby saying “we’re the no mask party” when they saw my husband and I wearing masks. This hotel is disgusting and needs to be shut down by the health department.

This property is so nice! Our room was sparkling clean, roomy, and oh so comfortable! Trish and Cheyenne were very helpful with all our accommodations. We have stayed w Best Western Plus for a few years now and will certainly be repeat customers. Thank you Harrison Best Western Plus Whitewater.
