Excellent night man. Most helpful. Went up and beyond to help me and my handicap husband and our dog. Printed maps to redirect us towards Arkansas. Wonderful bed and pillows. Great shower. He likes coleslaw. A plus.
Most say I was impressed with the room. Booked online, quick check in. The young man at the desk was extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping could do a better job. Minor things but still. Decent room and location for the price.
We had a quiet one night, last minute, stay. It was very nice. The decor in the room was very unexpected. Attendants were very nice to my fiance and I, even told us our cargo was safely in view of 24 hour surveillance.
Nope. Never again. We suffered a catastrophic vehicle failure eight hours from home. Needed a place to sleep overnight. No housekeeping. No breakfast. Dated decor. Lots of little annoyances. But the two things that have driven me away for good were, bait and switch pricing. And the fact that even though the place was nearly empty, the guy wouldn't let us stay later than noon. We had no way to know if our car would be fixed at five pm. We ended up sitting on a street corner with all of our luggage until almost five. Nope. No compassion, no more business. Buyer beware!
This was a great place to stay. Very clean. All staff was so nice doing everything they could to please us. Price wasnfair. Thank you super 8
