Susan in the Harrison office is very professional and helpful about answering any questions that I may have. She is prompt on returning calls. Susan has worked to get me the best price possible on my auto insurance. She will frequently reach out to see how things are going and if I have any questions or concerns. I currently have homeowners, auto and life insurances with Allstate. As a 30 year customer, I would highly recommend using Allstate for all your insurance needs.

My agent gets an A plus plus plus. Allstate has been dragging their feet in settling my claim. Everytime they a low down I go see my agent and she puts a boot up their butt and gets things going. Last time neither adjuster or his boss wouldn't call. A visit to Wonder Woman and both called me within hours. I still didn't get the settlement I deserved but it was no fault of Babler-Schmidt. They spared no effort in working for me.
