I lost my cell phone. You can imagine how stressful that can be. So with no phone I went to this Verizon store for help. The greeter, Chandler, was very nice and understanding and set up a speedy reservation for a representative to help me. The rep, Melissa, immediately got on the computer and she located my phone! Good detective work. And thanks to the unknown honest person who found it in the Lowe's parking lot and turned it in to lost and found. We were reunited. What a relief! Thank you Melissa!
Went to get upgrade on my plan and was turned away because I needed a appointment?..and didn't see anybody but employees in store even before pandemic was never given quality service, went couple of times before and was sitting waiting for service and see seniors Walk in and were given service immediately even though there were a few of us waiting I left the first time second time I tried waiting for service saw probably locals from Redmond area and they didn't have to wait, I stopped going there, thought I would try again a month ago because I was told by customer service it would would probably be quicker in person to get upgrade and switch the the newer phone to my number and switch my phone to my wife end up going to authorized dealer by Walmart, they didn't have the appointment only restriction
This was probably one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. Initially went in to switch a phone from AT&T onto my plan. The price quote somehow kept increasing as we progressed through the steps in the store.nTwo days later the phone number we we're switching still was not active. Upon returning to the store we learned the bill was going to increase another $40 a month. Finally three days later we worked out a plan with the manager and figured everything was good...NOPE! THEY DELETED MY CLOUD ACCOUNT with 8 years worth of memories. As of today the new phone still does not work and I have lost all those memories.nWord of advice pick another store. This level of incompetence is crazy. Most jobs would fire you for failing this bad. I agree with some of the other reviews in that this store promises one thing and delivers something completely different. I wish I would have gone elsewhere. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Not super impressed. I have been with Verizon for years. As well as my husband. Today we went in to get him a new phone because his was broken and the guy who “helped,” us said we had to do it all on our own and call a certain number. I’m confused as to why there is even a store with employees if everything that needs to be done, we have to do by calling a number that transfers you 3 different times. We ended up getting his phone fixed ourselves and we aren’t impressed. My husband left the store upset and the man winked at me and then walked away. They closed in 30 min and I felt as if they just were ready to go home and didn’t want to help us. They had the mentality of “we are almost closed, so we aren’t going to help you.” Very disappointed.
Verizon has some of the shadiest practices I've ever encountered. They lure you in with these great promotions on phones and then do not apply them to your account, and make it so difficult to reach someone to do with the issue that you want to just throw your hands up in the air, say screw it, and not deal with the situation.nnOn top of that, Verizon has an awful system of giving information to just about every employee. I asked five different employees the same question and I got five different answers.nnI'm pretty damn sure a class action could be created against them for their business practices.
