Short wait time, pleasant staff. It's too soon to tell if the treatment is effective.

New patient visit, was able to get an appointment within a couple weeks, not 6 months, like all other dermatology offices. All staff was courteous and informational. Dr. was prompt and gentle. I would highly recommend this office.

Made an appointment a month in advanced. Doctor had a family emergency which I totally understand. These things happen. However, upon a rescheduling my appointment, just 5 minutes after they had called to cancel; I was told I would not be able to see Sarah until 2 whole months later. Only in the medical field is this accepted. Whens the last time you went to McDonalds and the cashiers had a shift change, so the person who had already waited and made it to the front of the line was told to go to the back of the line and wait again. Needless to say, I am looking for a different facility. You very well could die waiting for service at Forefront Dermatology.

My wife made a follow-up appointment in November for February 27. At 7:45 a.m., they left a voicemail saying she had tonreschedule. When she called, she was told she had to wait a month for another appointment. My wife told them that was unacceptable, and she was told someone would call her back. She never got a call back. Also, I had an appointment in January and received a voicemail to reschedule. Totally unreliable and ZERO customer service.
