Mona is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She has the perfect touch and comes to the session with a caring and devoted attitude. You will feel so much better afterwards. Highly recommend to my friends and family.

I have taken Mona's Intro to Energy Therapy and Reiki I and II courses. I loved them all! I've learned a lot from Mona, and her information is very consistent. Even several years later, she teaches and practices the same tried and true energy work and guidelines. You can tell she is deeply connected to her work, present with you, and you can always count on her to be authentic! I love Mona and I know that you would too!
