My husband made an appointment and the woman did not take his name over the phone. When he got there, he was taken to a bed, made comfortable, feet soaking in the tub, all going well. Then someone else walks in, says he has an appointment, and the woman proceeds to tell my husband to get out, that he lied and didn't have an appointment. She embarrassed him and made him leave.nAll of the times I've been there before, the experience was awkward, but kept going back for convenience sake. Their massages are really unimpressive when you can pay the same amount of money for a much more professional, satisfying, and comfortable experience somewhere else.

I called Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday and they were very friendly when I arrived. The massage was excellent and my masseuse was very kind. She was very attentive and responded well to my requests for more or less pressure. The facility is relaxing and clean, and my masseuse wore gloves throughout the session. I got the large combo which is only $65 for over an hour of work. The reflexology (foot work) is especially good! If you want the focus to be in your shoulders/back, then make sure to order the body massage by itself, and not a combo. This is a wonderful local business to support while also practicing self care - I will definitely be back!

My husband got me a gift certificate for an hour and half massage. Every time I went in to use it, she says sorry busy come back. I come back she said sorry again. I call to make appointment she hangs up on me. I definitely do not reccomend this place or to buy a certificate that expires 1 month after purchase. I work too much to just keep showing up and hopefully get in

Went in as a walk-in for a 60 min foot massage. The place was clean and professional. Surprising busy for a Monday late morning. I’ve been to many authentic Asian reflexologists in the past and they were excellent and comparable to the ones I’ve been to in Taiwan and San Francisco. For the 60 min foot massage they work on your scalp, ears, face and shoulders while you soak your feet in a tub to start then move on to your feet. The price is extremely reasonable. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and they were very mindful not to place pressure on areas that are known to cause contractions. I highly recommend.
