Everyone was very nice, and welcoming. They are doing their part in protecting against the spread of Covid, and made everything feel very comfortable. I really enjoyed everything about the service I received.

I just had the opportunity to experience Renew Esthetics for the first time. When I walked in the doors, the amazing smell and atmosphere alone had me hooked. All the staff members I encountered or just saw pass by had a huge smile and a warm greeting.nI had a sugaring (hair removal) appointment with Kelly and she exceeded my expectations. It was my first time, so I was a little nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. A real professional but with a very funny side! I will be telling all my girlfriends about this hidden treasure.
I have been going to Renew for Botox and sugaring for about 6 months. I go to Kelly for sugaring. She's really quick and efficient, which is essential when having hair pulled out. She makes the experience very comfortable and is so personable! For Botox I see Dr. Taylor. She has a lot of expertise and clearly explains the difference between injectables and gives her honest opinion on what I need and what I don't need. She's also really friendly and efficient. The front desk staff is also wonderful and very patient. Sometimes my schedule can be a little wonky or I'm paying with Allergen credits, and I always appreciate their patience with me. I find their prices to be fair and often times less expensive than the spas in Bend. I highly recommend Renew!
