In the past I have recieved great service which is why I gave them three stars but the last two times I called to book an appointment has not been a good experience. The first time I called to book a pedicure, no problems. Then I got a call back that they couldn't do it because the tech had booked a manicure that wasn't on the books, fine I understood things happen. Today I called to book an appointment, I was put on hold with no hold music, after 5 minutes I hung up and called back thinking I had been forgotten. Again put on hold for 7 minutes with no one ever picking up so I will take my business some where else that doesn't leave people on forever hold.
I wanted to do something new with my hair so I gave a photo to my stylist, Lainie. She knew exactly what I wanted, took on the challenging cut, and executed it to perfection. Great experience all around. I’m definitely going back!
Leah is the best! Only person I would ever let cut my hair. Great for guys or women.
For $46 for a pedicure my toes should look a lot better! The girl did not take off all my old nail polish before painting on the new one. And she left spots on my big toe. Very disappointed we will not be returning.
