Great place to stay if you're in the middle of an emergency in your life. If you're looking for a flop house, free to live in and no rules? Then this is not the place for you.

This place has an issue with confidentiality breach they will tell anyone who calls your personal business over the phone and who come there they also have residents that talk about past or present residents and their personal details. They treat you like a child and a prisoner and are eat up with bed bugs. It is ran like a circus and I didn't see many people getting help there is no i,formation on housing employment etc. Its hard enough being down on your luck and trying to get back on your feet if your just looking for a place to sleep its cool but if you are looking for help this is not the place they are clueless.

Thank God for the Heart House! I was here im 2012 awaiting interstate compact after being released from prison. Mr B runs a tight ship. He is a brilliant selfless man with extraordinary character. I'll never forget his tennis shoes.i know he could have worn better, but he was more worried about how we'd look going for that first interview. * God sees you Mr B and so did I! * what a great example; thank you for the life lessons. This place is not a good place, they r crawling with bugs, they show favoritism, they make u pay to stay there or u get kicked out, food is gross and unhealthy and sometimes is not cooked all the way through, I lived there for 4 and a half months and I regret every minute of it, u have to go to bed at a certain time and get up at a certain time every morning, mr.b says he likes kids but doesn’t treat them well unless he likes them, don’t go to the heart house unless u 100 percent appsolutly have to
