I love this big lots! It's been remodeled and is very nice and has a large selection of everything. It's one of the best I've been in.
Have to say, even tho previous visits were pleasant, this one was stupendous!nThe staff were attentive if needed & otherwise not smothering nor sharing their personal life history. Clerks must have treated customers so nicely, even the customers seemed more friendly & able to briefly interact without intruding.nThe store was clean & there was a reminder about social distancing, the sign stated the occupancy limit to adhere to that standard. And there was a disinfectant stand with the carts so we could make sure the cart we used was sanitized before our use. Overall a most pleasant & productive visit today!
Joke of a store. I bought my couches there. Paid $60 for delivery and when it got here they informed me that the manager knew that it had a huge rip under it and the feet were to big. Didn't even bother to give me a discount. They said id have to pay to have it delivered back to the store. Then id have to pay for a new one to be delivered.
Went there looking for a child's foam cube fold down chair to bed thing but they didn't have seem big lots trying to be just a furniture store only, I used to like to go there for all kinds of miscellaneous items couldn't find anywhere else, seems they went away from that, good luck big lots.
Nice and cleaned and organized. Staff was really available and pleasant as well.
