Amanda at Russell Cellular was amazing, she was extremely knowledgeable and polite. She answered all my questions, did all the work on the phones and I walked out not needing to do anything. I will continue to do service at the Lawrenceburg location as long as Amanda and Emily work there. They are wonderful.

Great experience! Had an issue with a shattered screen that resulted in an insurance claim to replace it. After spending HOURS on the phone with Asurion and Apple support, a visit to my local Verizon resolved my remaining issue! Big THANK YOU for such good customer service!
Of the three people working at the time I there, two were working, one was on a customer call for about twenty minutes, then I thought she would come out and assist me, no totally ignored me. So I waited and waited and waited however once the gentleman finished with his customer, the wait was worth it, he was very knowledgeable and very good and very helpful. But it was very rude of the woman not to come out and help me.
Emily was super, awesome, and cool haha she explained alot of things I had no idea about. She didn't just show me the phone I was looking at but others also and the price difference. She was very helpfull
