BoRics Hair Care

Jen has cut my hair a few times and she has always been through. She makes it just right and silky smooth with styling paste when she's finished.

Today, I called this hair place to get a hurried appointment as my hair was in ruins from 2 1/2 years of not being cut... they scheduled me at 5 and then things changed and they got me in at 3. When I got there, I had to wait until about 3:30 which wasn’t an issue. The stylist was by herself due to a no call no show and she was aggravated, but she was pleasant to the customers.nnNot only was this girl pleasant, she was awesome. She managed her time in such a way that she was being attentive to me and the customer before me. She was busy being a hair-ninja rockstar! She laid her aggravation aside and kept her cool like a boss!nnWhen it was my turn, she took her time with my hair and even saved it! I thought it was in ruins. See, my hair was down to the middle of my back and I thought she was going to have to cut it to my shoulders- alas, I was wrong and I kept most of the length (epic win). She also talked me out of a really bad idea of a haircut my sister thought would be cute, and I’m glad she did. She layered my hair which cut most of the dead and damaged hair out, and she really did a great job!nnIn all, this girl was an absolute pleasant person to be around. She didn’t let the stress mess with her work, and she has a great customer service attitude. I recommend every single woman with hair issues (cuz let’s face it, as moms and working class women- it is what it is- our hair is crazy sometimes) go see miss Jennifer T. @ Borics. I promise, she will treat you well as long as you remain patient and respectful.

The store is going through a major personnel overhaul. The store manager was great and was attentive with the person before me as well as my haircut.
