Had a wonderful experience! The hairdresser was very professional and very knowledgeable!! I got a great haircut and love the products she recommended for my very curly hair!! Bailey did an excellent job!! Very friendly as well!!

UPDATED again... 6/15/2020 Manager called left message to call back but they don't answer the phone...nUpdate 6/12/2020nVERY simple I called the number gave her the zip code 47240 which is attached to the location of Greensburg I made the comment on, she pulled right up my complaint I filed on June 4th.. She is once again going to pass my info to the owner.... Finally to go in an get a haircut, an actually get a chop job at the Greensburg location.. very disappointed, went to the Batesville location the next day which is actually a different franchise area. Spoke with the manager who after she saw what was wrong with my hair called her headquarters an they said she could recut my hair without me paying for a recut. She couldn't get it short enough to make the correction to my hair without it being too short. So gonna take another one to get it corrected. I called the customer service line they took my info said I would receive a call back an 6 days later NOTHING...
