St Paul Gas N Go

Had a sign on the door for their pizza special ,chips and drink but the guy acting like he couldn't speak English. When I put mine on the counter and he charged me $3 more

Its a local business. Prices are comparable to other like businesses. Downside? They are always talking to someone on their earbuds while processing your transaction and that is very annoying if you need to ask a question but then some customers don't put their phones down, either.
