Step and Spine has changed my life! I’ve had reoccurring next pain for the last few years and chiropractic / yoga wasn’t helping anymore.nnMy next choice was to learn to live with the pain or get medication, until my Dr recommend PT.nRyan M. at Step and Spine took his time to get to know my issue, provided excellent and detailed advice! Great place to go for rehab, I was bent over, and couldn’t use my right very well. They got right to work and I am 100 per cent improved!!
