I had an issue with my first prescription and the folks made it right the same day!

John is the most caring pharmacist I've ever experienced. He takes great care in what he does and it shows. It's the type of pharmacy that my grandparents talked about.

Horrible experience and wait time for prescriptions. My husband's physician submitted a refill prescription on January 16th. The pharmacy called on the 17th to confirm they received it and it should be ready in 4 days, this should have been Wednesday the 22ndm allowing for the fact they don't work on Saturday or Sunday. Follow up calls on the 23rd and 24th assured us they were working on it, but we need to understand that they are busy and it takes time to wrap each individual dose.nnToday a call was received saying they are just too busy and they won't have it done until February 3rd, which is 11 business days after they confirmed they had the refill prescription.nnKeep in mind this is a refill, and when we picked up the original prescription they assured us they would have future orders completed in 4 days. This was after waiting 2 weeks for the first prescription to be filled.nnEach time it's just one excuse after another as to why they just can't seem to get it done.

Great customer service. I love the candy shop. Shipping your prescription can be arranged, if you live outside the Redmond area. Time saving and convenient. However, a visit to the candy shop may be missed, but if you ask nicely the pharmacist may include a bag of sweets with your order. The best Pharmacy offering superior service.
