I have to say yesterday was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. My wife had a prescription called in for her b son who had just had surgery. She stopped 90 minutes later to pick it up and was told it wasn’t ready because they didn’t have insurance info for him. Really, so you just let it sit? Fast forward 3 hours and I show up at the drive thru on my way home from work. They can’t find it, the woman who is helping me is curt and almost unintelligible. She asks his birthday three times. I got it wrong by a day the first time. I was then informed that one of the items was over the counter and not covered by insurance. I asked if that meant I had to come in and get it and if she could tel me which product mimics the prescribed ratios. She said she’d need to get the pharmacist and disappears. She returns about 10 minutes later tells me this product is the only one they have that is close and starts ringing me up. I pay, asking about dosage information on the over the counter stuff since the doctor was pretty precise in what they wrote and I want to get it right. She walks away without saying anything. Finally the pharmacist comes back, explains things to me. He’s very soft spoken and I have to have him repeat a couple things but at least he’s friendly. I looked at my phone as I’m pulling out. 28 minutes since I texted my wife several minutes in to the transaction. I’m pretty sure I was in the drive through for over 40 minutes. To pick up two items. Its one thing to take a while. It’s another to be rude and . act as if your customers are an inconvenience. I wish I didn’t have to use them but that’s where our insurance covers best.

Very slow service from pharmacy to regular check out. Not helpful when you ask for help finding something...short staffed??? Vitamins are triple the price from other stores.

I went to get prescription and was told that it was put on hold due to needing my insurance information. No phone call, nothing. Then when I was trying to sort the problem, I was treated the rudest by the pharmacist. They have lost my business for sure! There are other pharmacies in town that will treat customers with care.
