They don’t care about the health and safety of the people in Daviess county during the COVID-19 pandemic. They won’t cancel sports and they won’t keep all schools on online learning.
Complete lack of communication with schools on Covid-19 matters. Last minute decision (Sunday evening) to close school despite the county never going Red. Deleted their Facebook page after the decision to shutdown area schools after previously providing daily updates. CDC and Coronavirus Task Force have been against shutting down schools since day 1 yet this board knows better. Everything else in community is up and running and only kids and schools are affected. Slap in the face to the schools and admins/staff that had a plan and they were successfully working (judging by the schools #s, no immediate threat).
If my kids get COVID because they are in school you are to blame. You are the cause of all the deaths in Daviess county. Going back to online learning stops the spread of COVID and stops the deaths in Daviess county.
Look at the Covid graphs on google. It shows that whenever that the kids are in school there are a lot more COVID cases. When kids are not in school there are less Covid cases.
Please go back to e-learning it’s not fair my family to have to send our kids to school and worry about them contracting the virus. You need to care more about our safety!
