Love my new mattress. Owner really nice and informative.
We purchased a new bed from Gary. He is a Man who knows how to make customers feel welcome and his personality is awesome. We were sure the bed we purchased was brand new. Still in the plastic. At Marks mattress outlet they have a policy that you can try the bed out for so long and if you aren't satisfied you can return the bed. That's just wrong if you ask me. Who in their right mind would buy a used bed? And does Marks get away with it. After all isn't it illegal to resell used mattresses. I will never refer a customer to Marks. However; I am happy to say if you're interested in a new bed, shop at Mattress by appointment. You will not be disappointed.
