They charged a lot and didn't even change my daughter's hair to what it was suppose to look like, then made her get an additional $43 for shampoo to maybe lighten her hair after I paid $120 and they actually made her hair darker when it was suppose to be platinum blonde instead!
Great Clips would have been better in Walmart. They would have taken me n not tell u can walk in n then say it's an hour n a half wait!! Gave cell #!! It's now 4pm n never heard anything...
I had one bad experience here from a former beautician. When Joy the manager found out about it she immediately contacted me. Joy went above and beyond to make sure that she made it up to me. I will be trying to schedule all of my appointments with her from now on. Any business would be lucky to have a great manager like Joy!
