The Redmond post office left several valuable packages outside my business over the weekend even though my hours of operation were clearly visible on our door (they literally left them underneath the BIG sign). Thanks for leaving them on the sidewalk for anyone to steal. We are located downtown and I can't believe how many people must have walked by them. Several other packages were noted as being delivered but I am assuming they grew legs and walked away... we will be using other shipping carriers from now on!

Mail carriers will look for any excuse not to deliver a package to our property (even though we have 3 access driveways and they're all paved). The supervisor even came out and said she doesn't feel comfortable having her drivers try to turn around in our driveway. UPS and Fedex have no issues. That means weekly I have to go and stand in line at the PO which even outside COVID is a serious inconvenience.

I had an excellent experience here. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I was able to get my son’s passport application processed quickly. They also apparently do photos there which is nice.

Every time I have a package delivered it never shows up the locker is empty and open and it's not there from here on out I want my packages delivered to my front door

I've had pretty darn good service at the Redmond Post office. There people there try to do a good job and have always been very courteous and professional with me. That said, if you have problems with the USPS, call your Congressman's office. Nicely ask to speak to the staffer who handles complaints with the USPS. They'll help you. Things will get fixed. I've done this many times in many zip codes and it always works.
